COACHES COMMENTS:  "We got the 4 points boys but we can consider ourselves lucky that the opposition couldn't kick straight in the last quarter.  We underestimated Pearcedale/Baxter and it nearly cost us a win.  You need to take your opportunities when you are on the ground, if you are a mid-fielder then you must be in the thick of the action, if you are a backman then you need to be standing shoulder to shoulder with your opponent and forwards must make hard and fast leads and man up if the ball is coming back out.  Let's make this our only hiccup for the season and get back to what we do best, playing fast and exciting football.  Well done on the win, remember what it feels like and let's keep them coming."  Congratulations to Sam Mills on playing his 50TH game with Beleura.  Well done Sam, it's not easy being the Coaches son but you play for your teammates every week and always give your best. The last 3 matches we've played against them have been decided by a goal or less yet today we put them away by over 4 goals.  This lets us know where we sit amongst the other teams because they should play finals this year.
We played good, team football today after our first week of settling in last week.  Let's have a good solid week on the training track, enjoy our week off and take todays form into our next match in 2 weeks.  Very proud of the way you played boys!"
